For those who can't come up with some of these ingredients which are great,
one can soak in Epsom salts like footbaths for longer than on the box for
1-3hours as in chelation therapies we use 2 gms Epsom salts (Magsulfate) to
detox. We need the magnesium as a cofactor for DHEA making your prime immune
defense booster and the sulfate is how DHEA goes around as DHEAS to get
intracellular and do max defense and healing. There is a cilantro pesto to pick
up heavy metals. You can use 1/2lemon and equal amount cold pressed olive oil
alone or on salad to clean the liver adding some dandelion tea if you have it
for the liver and to flush the kidney further. Maca raises DHEA also which is
from macaroot.com can be bought. There is a maca/hornygoatweed combination
from Nature's Bounty that combines to hit the stuff so it doesn't morph into
another variant depending on your bioterrain. We found that dopamine raised by
the goat weed and in fava beans knocks out the Epstein Barr form and combining
it with antibacterial herbals or the doxycycline knocked out the mycoplasma
issues in the vaccines added in to them. One can use 1 tsp cinnamon,1tsp or more
natural unpasteurized honey or what you have and a tsp of baking soda in a tea
or make the toast and drink the soda water separately quick.

One can also make a sauna of 3%hydrogen peroxide to oxygenate and kill off most
the vaccine or flu you have. We found if you added 1/2 lid of 3%peroxide to
breathing treatments in the office to the 5cc of bronchodilator soln or the 5 cc
(1tsp) of normal saline in three treatments WITHOUT prescription antibiotics or antivirals,
all the upper respiratory illness was beat and easily just breathing this in for

One can boil water on the stove, adding 2 tsp of sea salt or salt if not sea

the 7.5 area pH. If your pH is at 5-6 then you are too acidic in your diet choice
combinations so increase the veggies and hold down the meats which are acidic
especially if you just got shot against your will and best judgment.

Now for those of you around those who got vaccinated with some flu shot or other
ill event, then swab your noses and ear canals with a Q-tip soaked in 3% hydrogen
peroxide coming inside or if around the chemtrails with their payload of illnesses. For
the chemtrail and crowd crap of vaccines adding a drop of colloidal silver to
the ears, nose and eyes after the peroxide Q-tip is an additional protective
measure.

Probiotics or the acidophilus in the yogurt or butter and best kefir secrete
hydrogen peroxide to kill off those of the vaccine making it into the gut.
Butter is much better than margarine for our systems. Of course, best organic

and so more can be absorbed not left half way out not intracellular in a pocket
you want the algae ahead of it plus best to Epsom salts soak ahead of the
mercury puller. Advisable to get rid of mercury amalgams before using the
cilantro in depth as you can pull this mercury into your system swallowing it
and make sure you go to a safe dentist who uses the protection to not get the
saliva swallowed with the mercury in it.

Do NOT reuse the Epsom salts as it has pulled toxins out of your body and you
don't want them to get back in with reuse. Each person needs a new Epsom soak.
Doing the foot pan you can stay in it long enough and also not have to use so
much of it so it stretches further.

To detox what they will be injecting into your bloodstream-- aside from the
actual disease itself would be the following to keep on hand:

1- Raw Garlic

2- Oregano Oil

3-Grapefruit Seed Extract

4-Graviola

5-Horse Chestnut Herb (flushes and cleans out the blood stream

6- Raw onions 3 times a day (same blood cleaning effect)

7- Go on a raw fruit/veggie fast to eliminate mucous from the body and speed
detox of vaccine poisons. Get the body's ph balance to a more alkaline state
with Raw fruits and veggies. Don't eat anything cooked, no meat or dairy at this
time. Disease and viruses cant survive in an alkaline environment. Cooked foods,
meat and dairy , as well as emotional stress and anger cause the body to quickly
become acidic.

Drinking clean water at those times of stress will counter the acidic effect.

8- Raw honey has anti-viral properties.

9- Taking metal detox items such as Algin and Activated Charcoal will sponge up
much of the mercury from the Vaccine Thimerosol preservative. Raw Apples and raw
nuts also help in metal detox -as well as Cilantro and Chlorella . The latter
two must be taken with Algin for best success of mercury removal.

10- Large quantities of natural source Vitamin C with the Bioflavonoids included. Some natural supplements that also have high amounts of anti-oxidants are Pycgonol-(spelling?) Grape seed Extract, or citrus.
